Wine & Gourmet Asia 2008 was an extravaganza of world class gastronomic events for gourmands and wine connoisseurs in the region.

Wine & Gourmet Asia is a unique concept that combines trade and leisure. It is a networking platform for all parties involved in the food and beverage industry, from the producers and the distributors to the trade buyers and the end consumers.

 
The epicurean event was headlined by the Opening Reception, a Three-Michelin-Star dinner and ended with a sensational Gala Dinner. This year we invited international chefs of different culinary specializations who were complemented by the legendary wine and champagne houses of Bouchard Père & Fils and Billecart-Salmon.

 
The glittering cast of masterchefs included three-Michelin-starred Jean-Michel Lorain who is noted for his fine French cuisine, Portuguese culinary star Vitor Sobral, trendsetter of modern Chinese cuisine Sam Leong and top Pâtissier Paco Torreblanca from Spain.

 
Our partner establishments such as Crown Macau, MGM GRAND Macau, The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel and Wynn Macau also served up exclusive menus presented by their hosted masterchefs.
