Wine & Gourmet Asia is a unique concept that combines trade and leisure. It is a networking platform for all parties involved in the food and beverage industry, from the producers and the distributors to the trade buyers and the end consumers.

 
The epicurean event is headlined by an Opening Reception, Hotel Promotions and Masterclasses. 

This year's guest chefs include Asia's top pastry chef Janice Wong hosted at City of Dreams, as well as internationally renowned French chef Justin Quek hosted at the Venetian® Macao.

 

Our partner establishments such as City of Dreams, Sands, The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel and Wynn Macau will also serve up exclusive menus presented by their hosted masterchefs.
